Our renovation is nearly 100% complete! However, we have only recently gotten electricity (finally!) so it will take us a few weeks to not only figure out how to use all of our commercial equipment, but to also build up a decent stock prior to opening our doors. We will post on our website and on our social media accounts once we are ready for a soft opening. Hopefully it won’t take too much more time!
All of our ice creams AND our mix-ins are made right in Lolley’s kitchen from scratch. We use all natural ingredients and include zero preservatives OR corn syrups in our ice creams.
YES! Absolutely everything we make in our kitchen and the baked goods we source from local bakers are 100% gluten free. NOTHING in our shop contains gluten.
Of course! We will always have a dairy free ice cream option and a sorbet as well.
In addition to our 15+ ice cream flavors, we will also offer sundaes and ice cream floats with all natural sodas made right here in Colorado. We will also have a lovely selection of baked goods from local bakers and a variety of coffee and espresso drinks for our customers to choose from.
