At Lolley’s Ice Cream, we're committed to making sure each guest has an incredible experience. Allergies and dietary restrictions can be difficult to navigate, which is why we are happy to provide this information to help you make an informed selection. We carefully source our ingredients and do our best to work with our suppliers to understand the allergens that may be present with each item.
Because our products are prepared onsite in small batches from scratch, our normal kitchen operations may involve shared baking and preparation areas with milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and eggs. None of our products contain wheat or gluten and we do our best to keep this allergen out of our facility completely. However, we cannot guarantee that any menu item can be completely free of allergens.
Throughout our food production process we are mindful of these concerns and make sure to take the appropriate actions including changing our gloves and utensils frequently. We also make sure to wash and sanitize all food contact surfaces during and after each use. Each of our managers and team members have completed a food safety course, which includes basic information about food allergies, in addition to safe food handling practices.
Even with these procedures in place, we are aware that we are not considered an allergen-free facility. As such, we are unable to guarantee that any item is free of any allergen. We understand that this can be disappointing to some guests, but we value being transparent so that you are able to make the best decision.
